30 Nov One Moment at a Time
Recently we had the pleasure of meeting a group of people in Vancouver, BC and then traveling farther north to Powell River, BC. We had never traveled that far of distance in beautiful Canada. We had never met anyone specific from that area. By God’s design and purpose, however, we were blessed by a tremendous outpouring of hospitality, love and encouragement.
As I reflect on living life in the moment, one moment at a time, I am awed by how much love is available! There have been so many times in my life where I missed out on the most precious gift of life. I either was so busy worrying about the past or worrying about what was ahead that I failed to acknowledge what was right in front of me this very moment. Whether it be my husband, a friend, a co-worker, or a stranger; I have learned that there is nothing more important than NOW. It is a fact that we will never travel this way again. Are you continually changed by the gift of love?
Who in your life needs a hug, a smile, or a word of encouragement? Don’t miss the opportunity to love and give life this very MOMENT!

Posted at 13:35h, 01 DecemberThis is so good Marilyn. What a great reminder and so timely during the Christmas season when things try so hard to get out of control. Where it speaks to me the strongest is with my kids. I need to remember to enjoy each and every moment with them as so much is to be had there. This is a good word.
