04 Nov MEANDERING
Meandering is an interesting word. It can mean randomly wandering around, following a bend in a river, or just taking time to meditate in God’s creation. My husband, Wayne, painted this picture of the beautiful mountains and the breathtaking view of aspens depicted in the Colorado scenery. To me, it represents taking time to reflect and how important it is to rest, breathe in fresh air, and take in the beautiful views – basically activate all 5 senses.
In these days with COVID-19, life is hectic, scary, uncertain, and fearful to name just a few. Even as we have taken measures to self quarantine for the last seven months, my husband and I have initated efforts to get out and walk. Its been unprecedented times for sure but we have decided to focus on the “good” things that come out of all these trials. Its not denial of all that is happening in this world but knowing there is so much out of our control. We are taking efforts to breathe in, be thankful and grateful.
